For those of you who want to take a stab at removing malware from your computer yourself, this brief 7 minute video will show you how to download, install and run a quick scan with a free product called Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Assuming you can still access the internet, whether in Normal or Safe Mode with Networking, this is a powerful and very reputable product for removing malware infections such as trojans, spyware, and adware. The free version is passive only and does not offer any real-time protection (you need the full-paid version for that).
